"Droit de Cité"
After studying the piano at the National Music
Academy in Bordeaux and graduating College
where he studied Economy, Bernard Levitte has
spent many years composing, arranging and
working on a wide scale of musical trends : from the
French rap group "Droit de Cité" to film scores such
as the ultra-famous "Emmanuelle", he still manages to keep track of his home town soccer team in Bordeaux and is also well-known to play a mean pool game... (but
don't tell his wife !)
Bernard Levitte has composed some of the most popular commercial themes such as
Fleury Michon, Dior,
Ford Galaxy 1 & Ford Galaxy 2,
even Bénédicta that he co-wrote with Sofia Morizet.
He also arranged for various composers
Damart, Galaxy Paic, Herta,
Tartare, Cartier, Super Glu....
television commercials to name a few.
However, Bernard is mostly well known for his compositions and arrangements of film scores....
